I*EARN project  , submitted to Global Junior
Challenge
in Rome (Italy) -  by the I*EARN
coordinator from Marocco, Benali
Mourand, was one of the three winners in the category up to 29 years!
Congratulations to Benali!

The competition was very strong, 588 project competite and only about 10
were selected.  During the two previous days of exhibition, Alenka Makuc and Viljenka Savli, both from Slovenia, showed the finalsist I*EARN, Learning Circles  and Holocaust Genocide to more that 3000 students and teachers from Rome and to many visitors from India, Canada, USA, Italy, Israel, etc.

The award ceremony took place in the City hall of Rome and Alenka Makuc received from Major of Rome, Mr. Francesco Rutelli the beautiful statue of Rome wolf. Everybody in the
beautiful huge hall (more that 100 people, together with all judges,
officials and the Mayor from Stockholm) applauded and listened to the
argumentation of selection.
